It is a worrying time if you find yourself under investigation or subject to disciplinary action.
Our aim is to ensure that you never find yourself on the wrong side of the DVSA by providing the latest training and implementation of robust procedures at your VTS. However, if you do find yourself falling foul of the regulations or subject to disciplinary proceedings by the DVSA we are here to help.
We have established links with the legal sector, specialist solicitors and transport consultants with may combined years of experience dealing with transport law and DVSA disciplinary procedures.
WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS
Written representations on disciplinary issues to the DVSA up to and including appeals to the Secretary of State for Transport.

80% of all inverted or statutory appeals will go no further if you have proper representation on the day.
ATTENDANCE AT DVSA INTERVIEWS
If you are under investigation by the DVSA you may be invited to a formal interview. This may be done by DVSA caution or PACE (Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984) caution. We can arrange for the proper advice and representation on your behalf to ensure your interests are protected.
